Branson Auto & Farm Museum originally opened in May, 2009 as a museum dedicated to the appreciation and preservation of historic automobiles. It was located in what was formerly known as the “Engler Block” crafts mall location. In 2010, it was purchased by Mr. Maurice Wilder of Clearwater, Florida, (originally from Decatur, Ill.) who is a successful real estate and farm businessman. In February of 2012, a devastating tornado completely destroyed the museum. Mr. Wilder vowed to rebuild the museum even bigger and better than before. The Farm portion was added to the name of the museum after acquiring numerous farm vehicles, tractors and other farm implements for display. This is fitting since Mr. Wilder is the largest single independent corn farmer in the United States.
We hope you enjoy viewing our collection! We have the goal of always acquiring interesting vehicles and farm machinery for the public to enjoy. This is why some of our vehicles can be purchased, should you have any interest.
